GRAIN ROT

The world is a post-apocalyptic ruin, long abandoned by its biological creators. The surface is an endless, sun-baked desert where the heat is intense enough to incinerate the weak. Amidst the dunes lie the skeletal remains of the "Old Age" buildings and bunkers waiting to be reclaimed. Players assume the role of a Living Spark, a sentient, artificial soul created by the Ancients. To interact with the physical world, a Spark must inhabit and animate a vessel. However, players are not bound to a single form, they can eject from their vessel at any time, swapping bodies with one another or scav(Storyline via IGDB)
